Ingredients
To marinate the chicken
5 pieces of chicken
2 tbs of salt
half tbs of black pepper
3 cloves of garlic
a little piece of ginger
2 tbs of tomato ketchup
1 tbs of mustard paste
half teaspoon of baking powder
To make a medium mixture to coate the chicken
some milk
a half of lemon
4 tbs of cornstarch
4 tbs of flour
2 cups of flour to coat the chicken, it could be more or less, depends on how you coat tthe chicken

Buns
mayoneese/burger sauce
salad
tomatoes
onions if you like
slices of cheddar cheese
Marinate the chicken
Take the boneless chicken and add these ingredients to the chicken and mix it well, and put in the fridge with a cover for 30/40 minutes

Second step : make a medium mixture to coate the chicken, mix it well, and if it's not enough thick add some flour, add the milk regularly.

Take the chicken and dip the pieces into the mixture, then in the dry flour (in the 2 cups of flour)
Fry them into oil, on medium heat, cook the pieces 3 minutes a side before changing the side.
Cook the both sides 6-7 minutes each.
Heat the both sides of buns, spread mayoneese/burger sauce on the bun, salad, tomatoe, onions if you like, a piece of chicken, slice of cheddar cheese, some salad, a piece of chicken.
