Chicken KFC style burger









Ingredients

To marinate the chicken

5 pieces of chicken
2 tbs of salt
half tbs of black pepper
3 cloves of garlic
a little piece of ginger
2 tbs of tomato ketchup
1 tbs of mustard paste
half teaspoon of baking powder

To make a medium mixture to coate the chicken
some milk
a half of lemon
4 tbs of cornstarch
4 tbs of flour

2 cups of flour to coat the chicken, it could be more or less, depends on how you coat tthe chicken

Burger preparation
Buns
mayoneese/burger sauce
salad
tomatoes
onions if you like
slices of cheddar cheese

Marinate the chicken
Take the boneless chicken and add these ingredients to the chicken and mix it well, and put in the fridge with a cover for 30/40 minutes

2 tbs of salt
half tbs of black pepper
3 cloves of garlic
a little piece of ginger
2 tbs of tomato ketchup
1 tbs of mustard paste
half teaspoon of baking powder

Second step : make a medium mixture to coate the chicken, mix it well, and if it's not enough thick add some flour, add the milk regularly.

a half of lemon
4 tbs of cornstarch
4 tbs of flour

Take the chicken and dip the pieces into the mixture, then in the dry flour (in the 2 cups of flour)

Fry them into oil, on medium heat, cook the pieces 3 minutes a side before changing the side.
Cook the both sides 6-7 minutes each.

Heat the both sides of buns, spread mayoneese/burger sauce on the bun, salad, tomatoe, onions if you like, a piece of chicken, slice of cheddar cheese, some salad, a piece of chicken.

That's ready !! Serve hot it's more delicious ! Enjoy your meal !

Frites fait maison avec du chutney sauce de methi(feuilles de fenugrec), poivre noir et tomate




Ingrédients 

4 pommes de terre 
2 cuillères à soupe de feuilles de fenugrec 
1 yaourt 
1/4 de tomate
Du poivre 
Du sel 

Méthode frites 

Couper les pommes de terre en longueur d'une épaisseur de 2 cm.
Lavez-les puis les essorez avec un mouchoir.
Ensuite réchauffez l'huile et les faire frire jusqu'à qu'ils soient bien dorées 




Méthode pour le chutney 

Battre un yaourt dans un bol.
Ajoutez 2 cuillère à soupe de feuille de fenugrec 
Ajoutez du poivre noir 
Ajoutez du sel 
Ajoutez 1/4 de tomate en morceaux très fins 
Bien mélanger le tout.

Votre chutney est prêt !! Bon appétit !

Spicy fusillis pasta with minced meat masala/kimme aur mirch/masale ki pasta






For the receipe you need : 
500 grams of fusillis/pasta 
some water 
oil 
3 minced onions/piaaz 
1 tomato/tamatar 
1 tbspoon of red chilli powder/lal mirch 
1 tbspoon of paprika powder 
1 tbspoon of cumin powder/zeera 
1teaspoon of pepper powder/kali mirch  
salt to taste/ nimak 
3 green chillies minced 
200 grams of minced meat/keema 
tomato paste 
2 eggs/anday  

Boil the pasta in water, add a teaspoon of oil and ts of salt.
In a big pan, add 3 minced onions in oil, when it's golden add a half cup of water, red chilli powder, tomato, paprika powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt to taste, green chillies minced if you like spices.

At low heat, when water is removed add the minced meat, add some water to cook it, when it's the case add tomato paste (in my tomato paste there were olives you can add if you want).
When you see the oil becoming orange-red your minced meat is nearly cooked.
Then in a cooking pot, add some butter 2 eggs, add pasta and the preparation of minced meat

Your meal is ready enjoy it !!

Pani main pasta ko cook karlain, ek choti chamach ke saath thora sa oil dalain pani main aur thora sa nimak bhi dalain.
Phir ek baray pan main 3 piaz dalain oil main, golden karke, ada cup pani dalain, 1 tamatar dalen, lal mirch, paprika powder, zeera, kali mirch, nimak, sabz mirch kutti hooi.

Jab ismain pani khatam ho jaye to keema dalain.
Baad main jab kima cook ho jaye to tomato paste dalain (maine jo tomato sauce dala us main zaitoon the, aap alaida kharid kar daal sakte hain), jab tel nazar aye to keema ban ne wala hai.

Jab sab mix up ho jaye to ise ek bare bartan main makhan dalain, 2 anday dalain, keema masala dalain. Sara mix up karain, halki aag par.
