Cheesy/fresh cream pasta

 
 

Ingrédients

500 g of pasta
water
2 onions
some oïl
40 cl of light fresh cream
1/2 tbs of nutmeg powder
salt to taste
3 eggs
emmental grated cheese



 


Method

Boil the pasta in water

Then in a sauce pan:
Mash the onions in oïl
Then, then it's done add 1 cup of water, then nutmeg powder, salt.
Switch off the gas
Remove all water and add fresh cream.
Add the eggs. Mix pasta and the mixture.
If it's not thick, keep it on low heat

Then, in a recipient cover pasta with cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes


It's ready !
